The agreement covers the procurement of Optical Cable Clamps and Optical Distribution Frames (ODF) , and both parties have also reached a long-term strategic cooperation intent.

MegaFon carried out a comprehensive due diligence on OPT Communications, covering corporate and legal representative qualifications, personnel and financial status, tax compliance, production capacity, and industry project experience. Thanks to its standardized enterprise management, stable product quality, and mature service experience, OPT Communications successfully passed all review stages.

In the subsequent public tender, OPT Communications stood out amid fierce competition and won the bid for the Optical Cable Clamps and ODF procurement project. Following several rounds of contract negotiations, the parties reached consensus on core terms including payment conditions, delivery schedules, and technical specifications, and formally signed the first supply contract on May 12, 2026.

OPT Communications will supply MegaFon with Optical Cable Clamps and ODF products that meet its technical standards, ensuring stable supply for the customer’s network construction.
