     On December 15, 2025, Xi'an OPT Communication Co., Ltd. received official email confirmation from the procurement department of Uzbekistan's leading operator, Ucell. Our company has successfully passed Ucell's preliminary supplier qualification review and has been formally included in its official list of potential suppliers. This marks a critical breakthrough in the company's efforts to expand into the Central Asian telecommunications market.

    Previously, a company delegation visited Ucell for in-depth discussions. Both sides reached a consensus on technology, services, and cooperation, laying the foundation for this successful qualification. Following the approval, Ucell has clearly committed to formally and preferentially notifying our company for participation when initiating future optical cable procurement. They have also completed the verification of our qualifications and technical capabilities and assigned a dedicated contact person, establishing a solid foundation for efficient follow-up communication.

      Entering Ucell's potential supplier list holds profound significance for Xi'an OPT Communication, which can be summarized in three core values.
