The Incab delegation conducted a thorough evaluation of our entire fiber optic cable manufacturing factory, evaluating our core production and management systems across five key dimensions:

The delegation visited both our indoor and outdoor fiber optic cable automated production lines, followed by a visit to our optical fiber raw material warehouse. The well-organized production floor, mature automated manufacturing lines, and ample fiber preform inventory demonstrated our robust production capabilities and reliable order fulfillment capacity.

2. Standardized Process Control System

Our full-chain visual management system — from raw material receiving and production flow scheduling to finished goods dispatch — was presented in detail. The visit showcased our standardized workshop operation protocols and seamless inter-process coordination, underscoring our ability to deliver consistent output at scale.

3. Multi-Dimensional QC Quality Control Center

Our quality management system operates on two closed-loop stages: incoming raw material inspection and finished product outgoing verification.
